国 内 业 务

　　本所设国际法部，刑事业务部、民事业务部、海事海商部、公司法部、金融、证券、房地产部、证据调查部等。

主要业务范围是：

一、担任各级政府、中外企事业单位、其他经济组织及个人的法律顾问；

二、为中外客户提供各类法律咨询服务，接受其委托在国内外进行商业调查、项目研究和审查、公司设立、国际贸易、房地产立项开发销售，投资和各类中外经济合作的代理；

三、代理金融、证券、房地产、公司并购、资产重组、外经外贸、经济合同、海事和涉外纠纷的诉讼和仲裁；代理各类民事、行政、知识产权案件；

四、接受刑事案件当事人的委托，为其提供法律咨询；代理申诉、控告、申请取保候审；担任犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的辩护人和自诉案件自诉人，公诉案件的受害人或其近亲属的代理人；

五、接受中外客户的委托，代理各类诉讼和非诉法律事项，提供商务、国际贸易、投资招商等法律服务。

美 国 分 所 业 务

设立美国公司：代理国内企业和个人在美国及其他国家设立公司、税务登记、公司年检、股份并购、产权转让、资产重组、注销清盘、融资租赁、协助公司在美国上市，买壳上市，收购与反收购上市。

金融和项目融资：帮助国内企业在美国寻找资金，协助客户在美国银团贷款，政府债务，项目融资等。包括BOT项目融资及ABS方式，参与谈判，起草文件。设立基金和各项托管，证券和期货交易。

美国和海外投资：协助国内客户在美国和海外投资，代表客户参与投资调研，项目招标，工程承包发包，起草审查合同。

国际贸易：货物买卖、加工补偿贸易、信用证、国际担保、保理业务、反倾销等。

招商引资：代表及组织国内客户到美国参观、考察和海外招商引资，推荐美国客户到国内考察投资，参与项目谈判，商业资信调查。

知识产权：协助客户进行专利、商标、著作权注册登记，转让、使用许可以及高新技术产业化中的技术入股，转股，确权，转让等。

诉讼方面：帮助国内外客户进行诉讼证据调查、资产调查追踪、保全、冻结、诉讼。

海事海商：帮助客户处理各种法律事务，包括提单、租船合同、索赔、海事海商仲裁、诉讼。

移 民 和 签 证

移民和签证：帮助国内人员合法到美国访问和工作，获取签证，办理移民手续。
